Technical Quiz

 

1. A team shall consist of max two students.

2. The decision of the quiz-master will be final and will not be subjected to any change.

3. Participants shall not be allowed to use mobile or other electronic instruments.

4. Questions shall be in the form of multiple choice, True / False statement, Visuals, Specific-answer question etc.

5. No Spot registration is allowed during the event.

 

Preliminary Screening Round (Elemination-1)

 

1. Each team would be given a set of question paper containing 35 multiple choice objective type questions.

2. Time limit - 30 minutes.

3. No negative marks are allotted.

4. The selected teams shall have to appear into the next round.

 

Technical Round(Elemination-1)

 

1. Each team would be given a set of question paper containing 20 multiple choice objective type questions.

2. It only contains technical oriented questions.

3. Time limit - 15 minutes.

4. The teams own a negative of 1 mark for every wrong answer and 0.5 marks will be reduced for the questions which have not been answered.

5. The selected teams shall have to appear for the final round.

 

 Final Quiz -Visual round

 

Teams will be shown clips or images and will have to answer

 

1. Each Team would be asked 4 visual questions. (1 slide in each round)

2. Visuals include hardware images, logos of automobile and product manufacturing companies etc.

3. Answering time is only 30 seconds.

4. In case of tie between 2 or more teams, further 1question would be asked.

5. Audience shall not give any hints or clues to the competitor
