• Subtitles are compulsory if movie is not in English,Tamil.

• Plagiarism and vulgarism will lead to be disqualify.

• Maximum length of the movie should be 10 mins.

• Film must be submitted by CD/DVD/Pen-drive.

• Judge`s decision will be final.
